Pre-order items processing time is approximately 15-20 Business Days. This is an estimated processing time as times may vary depending on amount of pending orders. While we aim to give accurate delivery estimates for your orders, unanticipated production delays for pre-order and limited items do happen. If an item in your order has been affected by any delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

A few things to note when purchasing a pre-order items:

• Payment is charged immediately at checkout.

• If you are ordering a single/multiple pre-order items, unless otherwise noted, your order will ship when all pre-order items in the order are finished being processed and produced.

• Please refer to the product description for estimates on when the item/items you’re ordering are intended to ship.

• The date listed on the product page is an estimation and can vary depending on demand.

• Details regarding delays are communicated when information is provided by the manufacturer. If an update has not been provided, we won’t have the information readily available yet.
